Bleigiessen Process:

Preparation:
A small bar of lead is melted in a pot on the stove.

Prayer:
As the lead melts, a specific תפילה is recited. This תפילה is designed to invoke Divine protection and counteract any negative forces.

Pouring:
The molten lead is poured into a pot of cold water above the person's head, while a sheet is draped over them.

Interpretation:
The shapes formed by the lead fragments are examined. Bulbous ends signify eyes, indicating Ayin Hara, while other shapes may predict future events, such as a שמחה (joyous occasion).
Rabbi Reichberg will typically perform the Bleigiessen multiple times, usually three, but if more are needed to ensure the Ayin Hara is completely gone, he will keep repeating the process. The maximum number of times he's ever had to do for someone was six.
